One workflow first

For Indian immigration consultancies
We’re building MatterZero to keep applicant details and documents together, spot gaps or mismatches, and make the next follow-up clear.
Early access development. Applicant workflows are planned; the preview is illustrative.
Illustrative design · fictional applicant · case workspace not released
Early access
Pilot requests, admin review, invitations, and sign-in are available. The applicant workspace is still being built.

The proposed workflow brings intake, document collection, and evidence review together. These case features are planned, and the information handoff must be agreed with your team.
Start with an enquiry, select the team’s workflow, and note the applicant’s preferred language and contact channel.
Set the context before the first question.Use a guided voice or written intake to collect key details. Keep answers structured and leave uncertain points visible for confirmation.
Keep the applicant’s own words in view.Request each document with a plain explanation of what the team needs. Track what is missing, received, or needs a clearer copy.
Make the next request easy to act on.Compare details across answers and documents. Follow each source, resolve open questions, and let an authorized person approve the handoff.
A human stays responsible for the decision.Make the file make sense
A passport, a CV, and a conversation can all describe the same person differently. The proposed review view would keep each source visible, flag the gap, and leave the decision with your team. This example uses fictional information.

A MatterZero pilot starts with one repeatable workflow and a clear boundary around what the product does. You can judge the fit before discussing a wider rollout.
Choose a familiar intake or document-follow-up process with your team.
Agree the duration, case and user limits, total fee, setup responsibilities, support, and exit arrangements before starting.
Staff review uncertain or conflicting details and own every case decision.
Confirm how information will move before the pilot. Automatic channel sync and CRM integrations are not available today.
MatterZero is in early access development. Pilot capabilities and data handling are confirmed with each team before real applicant records are used. Start the discussion with fictional examples.
Starting with Indian consultancies
Built for teams managing recurring applicant intake, document collection, and too many open loops. U.S. immigration law teams are a secondary audience we are exploring.
We’re designing intake, document tracking, and counsellor handoffs around recurring follow-up work. Validate the first workflow with us before assuming support for your visa routes.
The proposed workflow would prepare a better-organized pre-matter file while keeping legal interpretation and case strategy firmly with the attorney.
A deliberate boundary
MatterZero helps teams collect, compare, and prepare applicant information. It does not decide eligibility, recommend a legal path, promise an outcome, or file an application.
Early access
Before starting, we agree the total fee, case limit, setup responsibilities, and success measures. Pricing depends on workflow scope, users, volume, and support; no public rate or measured savings is available yet.

Connect with AnkanYou can request a pilot, discuss fit, and sign in after an invitation. The applicant workspace is still being built. Intake, uploads, reminders, source comparison, and review queues are planned; the homepage screens are illustrative designs.
We plan to support a focused intake and file-preparation workflow. Before a pilot, agree who enters information, which record is authoritative, and how the team hands information back to its existing system. No automatic CRM connection or export tool is released yet.
Those channel connections are still being validated. We will agree on the information sources and handoff for a pilot before it begins, rather than imply that every channel already syncs automatically.
The differing details should remain linked to their sources and be surfaced for a person to review. MatterZero is intended to make the open question easier to see; your staff decide which information to confirm and how to update the case record.
No. It does not decide eligibility, recommend a legal strategy, predict an outcome, or file an application. Authorized professionals remain responsible for legal interpretation and case decisions.
Start by scoping one repeatable workflow. Before a pilot begins, agree on its case volume, information handoff, success measures, data handling, and price. You can review the results together before discussing any broader use.
There is no public rate yet. Before starting, agree duration, case and user limits, total fee, setup and support, data handling, and export or exit arrangements. Today the site collects only pilot contact and access information; do not send applicant documents through this website or LinkedIn. The data-handling page explains current collection and access.
